2. Field of application
The relevant privacy policy applies to all processing processes carried out by Blax Design - Daniel Jöchl e.U using personal data. Under personal data, reference is made to Article 4 GDPR. Personal data is processed as a result of the work process, including an email address or the name of a person. In addition, data is used for accounting when a project is completed. This privacy policy applies to all online presence (such as the company website) as well as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or email correspondence.
In short, the following data is processed:
- Contact details during the business initiation/business relationship

- Metadata (device information data)
- Contract data (address, subject matter of contract, etc.)
- Image data or contributions made available by the customer to process the project
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act of 2000 and the Data Protection Amendment Act of 2018. The company Blax Design - Daniel Jöchl, processes all data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations (DSG 2018, DSGVO and TKG 2003).
4. Contact details
Customer data is stored as a result of a possible business relationship. This includes: billing data, contact details, contract data or data for preparing an offer. With regard to accounting, we are obliged to comply with the statutory provision of the Federal Tax Code for short BAO, as well as other tax calculations such as expenditure revenue calculator (small business owner). We therefore need this customer data in order to comply with legal requirements. All customer data will be deleted after the end of the business relationship. Billing data will be deleted within 7 years in accordance with legal retention periods.

6. Safety systems

Data is deleted in accordance with legal requirements as soon as its processing is revoked or the purpose of use has been abolished. Exceptions to this include data that must be kept longer for commercial or tax reasons. However, these are separated and blocked for other purposes.
